The Grammy-nominated artist, songwriter, producer, and activist has officially acquired the rights to The U Boat, a groundbreaking true-crime project that dives deep into the dark waters of government oversight, pharmaceutical power, and corporate deception. Currently in early development, The U Boat promises to blend the depth of investigative journalism with the emotional intensity of prestige cinema. Diane Ladd
Yesterday ( 11/6), The SAG-AFTRA Foundation announced the establishment of The Diane Ladd Fund (click the link to donate), created together with LADD's family to honor the legacy of the esteemed actor and visionary, a longtime champion of the Foundation and its Emergency Financial Assistance Program. LADD's deep empathy for performers facing health crises and medical emergencies inspired the effort to strengthen the program, and specifically help eligible SAG-AFTRA members in need of assistance with their health premiums, COBRA payments, and catastrophic health matters.

Micky Dolenz
Media coverage is encouraged as the legendary former (and forever) MONKEES singer, who released his first children's book GAKKY TWO-FEET in 2006, has authored his second foray into the world of 'anthro-mythology," which is a fantasy fictionalization that depicts seminal moments in the human experience. Featuring illustrations from his eldest daughter, AMI DOLENZ, an accomplished actress and artist in her own right with a certificate from the Emily Carr University of Art + Design, LALU TOOT TOOT ( FriesenPress), is a charming and fanciful tale about the world's first musical instrument. (Current anthropological theory holds that this moment took place approximately 50,000 years ago; the evidence being the discovery of 'The Neanderthal Flute'). The book is being released exclusively via MICKY's ( www.MickyDolenz.com) as of Nov. 6, 2025, just in time for the holidays.
